| You're right, the CB750 is way faster than 7.5 secs. It does 0-60 in 3.8 to 4 secs and the quarter mile in 12.4secs at 108mph. Topspeed is 127mph. |

| i recently discovered a 1970 cb750 rotting away in the backwoods not far from me. Its so rusted and rotted away its beyond repair. :-(
But at least i could save a few parts from it to rebuild a cl175 im working on :-) |

| They also make the CB250 Nighthawk. It's a wretched little bike, but at least it's exciting to ride....because of the pathetic drum front brake and limp noodle forks. I'm with you on the ever increasing size, a 900lb motorcycle is not much fun in curves or parking lots, but they sell pretty well. I'd take any nice CB750 over most new cruisers myself. Too bad my CB750 had its forks pushed through the headers by a lady in a Mustang. ;( |

| I got a Honda 1974 750k, I set it up for cafe style. I love it. It's Big and mean and takes right off. A little heavy but oh well.
Makes me Proud to see this clip. |

| Nice bike. Unfortunately, bikes have gotten bigger and bigger....too big really. Cost, fuel consumption, weight, insurance all go up as well. The Honda 350 was also a great bike. I love my 250 cc bikes and wouldn't own anything over 350. Unfortunately Honda only makes 1 road bike at 250...the Rebel. The entire industry has failed to recognize the popularity of 250 through 350-size bikes, so they are stuck with sluggish sales of their hogs. No thanks. |
