| Lol, I wouldn't have thought Natalie would make a hamburger?! I would have thought a vegeburger, but, ok, so she's human after all. Nice video Natalie but no wedding ring in this video? |

| Yes, 365 ketchup is the best! No additives at all. I also recommend Trader Joe's salmon burger patties, they r so good! |

| use ground turkey meat for the burger, a healthier option |

| And yeah the non-stick pans are bad news! What they do to throw off test results and make them seem safe is use very little heat, much less than the avg person would use when cooking with them. |

| IDK, about Natalie sometimes. Some of her videos are fantastic, but other times it's like she goes into the whole cookie-cutter food pyramid nutritionist mind-set. The other nutritionist from Austen, TX seems to understand nutrition w/o the propaganda a lot better. EG: WHEAT IS TOXIC. LOOK IT UP. IT'S BAD!! |

| I was just wondering if 365 organic ketchup was okay, or is it also packed w/ sugars?
and if 96/4 extra lean beef (from trader joe's) was better or worse than buffalo beef?
thanks! ^ ^ |

| I'm not really into the healthy hamburger thing but it's nice to see a normal person making a simple hamburger without all sorts of weird and bizarre theatrics. I swear to god there are some real nutjobs making youtube cooking videos... this one is a breath of fresh air, thanks! |

| ground turkey is even better than red meat and if you add onion, garlic, and the jalapeno to the meat before you put it in patty form it is much better. |
