| The song includes performances referencing the melody of Warren Zevon's "Werewolves of London," Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Sweet Home Alabama," and The Steve Miller Band "Take the Money and Run."
Also in the clip, the platform, float & lights are a copy of the "Playboy Girls" scene in Apocalypse Now.

| Johny, indeed i remember the critics saying that WW is a SWA copy. Back then it was the exception rather than the rule.
Even though Im against covers in general I find this one ok in the sense that it retains the song structures and doesnt just add a drum track and a colored rap crap narration hat uses the extended "mother" word in every verse. I would have loved to hear Allen Collins' guitar solo "as is", though. |

| The riffs from both "Werewolves of London" and "Sweet home Alabama" are very similar. But the more origianl is the latter. SWA was rcorded and realeased in 1974, while WoL wasn't recorded (and the released) until 1978. |
