| I use Raw Honey(local of course),Stevia or stevita,actually sugar is not bad,its refined sugar which is bad,I also use organic rAW sugar,in moderation |

Honey is very tasty and I LOVE it. I'm just wondering if it's just as bad as sugar? Stevia has such a strange taste, but I use it to get my sweet fix. |

| most are not safe. aspartame gives me veritgo. the dentist recommends xylitol...don't know much about it...stevia is ok but it doesnt taste as good as sugar in the coffee |
