| obviously the designer's purpose was to show how intricate sewing they offer to customers and were not for sale or hard to access to purchasing. but dior has guts to sell designs like these in the market thinking it's not that difficult of a dress. strange. |

| don't yak if you have no clue. couture is more a surname in France and haute couture is high sewing/custom fitting. Basically hand sewn mostly. most designers nowadays do not sell their couture and to simply put their brand on the map more. but christian dior mostly sell dresses like these. did you watch sex and the city movie where dior wedding gown was styled like this but she chose westwood(with a bird vail lol) gown instead. and most of jessica parker's dresses there were couture. |
