| who are you kidding bud? always the steroid know nothing accusers on every vid with a big guy. yes he uses them everyone knows but so do baseball, football, hockey and basketball players etc. hell even the olympic athletes and bikers use them. not just bodybuilders. |

| whey makes me gain weight. when i was 15 and first took it i gained 10 lbs fast. you lose that weight when you go off it tho. i heard that it can burn fat, but lose weight? i dont think it can make you lose weight. go ahead and include it in a weightloss program, usually in a weight loss program you are trying to lose fat more then anything, so be sure to choose one with a low fat content. i dont see you losing as much "weight" with whey but youll lose fat at the same time while building muscle |

| Replying to your last two posts: The whey protein powder is absorbed quickly so it's an efficient food, not a lot of it is crapped out. He's going low carb because he's getting ready for the Mr. Olympia and trying to get rid of as much fat as possible. He's actually trying to lose weight during this time. |
