| Aesop rock confuses me at times. But theres something to great about that. Theres something that just pulls you in about his style of rapping. Its so complex but when you finaly get it seems even better. |

| Yeah if you read the lyrics while listening you know exactly what he's on about, if you just listen to it its great music but to truly appreciate it and know what aesop rock's all about then you need to know the lyrics. Songs like basic cable is a good example. |

| Yeah sometimes he and many others from rappers to singers are just coming up with lyrics to go with the music and/or allow for multiple interpretations by others perspectives. Sometimes multiple meanings are placed into one song usually concerning all the topics thrown in as simply parts of a whole general ideal or issue. So for a lot of his stuff I can't say there are absolute meanings but this whole album he put out had to do with how people view one another in social interaction. |
