| Dont go to doctors...I've been on over 30 different anti-depressants and all each one led to was an even worse mental state. St. Johns Wort is an herbal remedy that is quite effective, but takes a month or two to get kicked in. And I've found it says to take 3 a day but you really need 3 in the morning 3 evenening and 3 at night for it to work. ANd you may have to try 10 different brands before you get one that actually is fresh and has the amount in it they say it does in it. |

| i finally went 2 the doctors 2day after suffering in silence for so long been perscribed wiv sum anti depressants i hope they help |

| Ilived for so long with this. I tried to heal naturally. i ate right, exercised etc. Suicidal for months lately and finally got on meds. even though i am gainst them. And now i am better. it saved my life..if there were a gun in this home.i would be dead! Now i am mad at myself for not doig it soloner. |

| yeah, nebulus IS a word. i have heard it used many timesd..i havent heard amorphus though. no. not everyone gets depressed. but for those that do..it is really bad. |

| "underweight" -- I think this is a big over-generalization.
Yes, it may be linked to some disease that blocks nutrients from being absorbed. But I think under-nutrition is caused by the standard modern diets.
I w8ed for some response before specifying "fasting":
& if you wanna fast: drink carrot, apple, orange juice as much as you want.
& if you are depressed: you will need to conserve energy as much as possible (lie relaxing/meditating), & just have a single hope:thatyouwillbefilledw/passion |

| this helped me but i dont want to join a group. that might be a good solution for some people, meisisme, but some people wont survive phisically, if they dont eat because they are underweight. |
