People looking to fill up their gas tanks in Parma Ohio got an eyeful, but no one's exactly sure what they were looking at.
The blue ghostly presence was visible to the naked eye and was captured by surveillance video.
The blue light sometimes hovered in one place but also moved around

| There's an insect walking on the lens. It's blurred becouse the focus of the camera is set to the distance to the floor. |

| I think it's pretty obvious as to what this is! It's Papa Smurf who recently died and is just practicing his new ability to fly. The camera indeed makes him a bit blurry but you can still tell it's him. |
