| I lost over 20 lb in one month using weight loss program from 2loseweight(.)info
Thank you so much for the feedback. I eat the same thing ALL week. When I was sharing my journal it was a little joke how often I do that.(lol) When I saw the gain I thought that might have been an issue. Jeez, this is SO much work!(lol) I'm going to mix up my calories and mix up what i'm eating this week. It was so sweet of you to reach out and try and help me along. I really appreciate it! |

| Hey, we heard about Saccharin years ago. Stevia is new, so I'll give you that. |

| Of course she would suggest "keep it close to nature"... she's a naturopath. My dad is diabetic with high blood sugar levels, he often uses saccharin as an alternative suggested by his local doctor. I'm not sure if dr pearsall is commenting on the topic she knows most about.
As far as the caveman lifestyle goes, we're not cavemen, and the amount of artificial ingredients in our diets today is astounding.
All the controversy about saccharin was started over false claims. Research it people. |

| also cave men didn't live past 35 so I wouldn't be taking a caveman's diet as my guide to healthy living. |

| this is a very one sided argument..
saturated fats are natural
so is opium.
one needs to objectively weigh the risks of using an artificial product versus the harmful effects of excess calorie consumption. |

| stevia also doesn't help bad bacteria growth in your gut..I believe the bacteria can't feed on it. |

| If you want to sweeten foods and drinks then Stevia is surely the way to go. Failing that, fructose is better than normal sugar. |
