| I think Korean horror is good too. Try "A Tale of Two Sisters", one of the best korean horror/pyschological films yet. Also, Cinderella is a good watch..though they are different from Japanese horror because it's more about tormenting characters than straight to scary faces. |

| Okay, so I saw "The Ring" first, and then a year or so later, I saw this one. "The Ring" was pretty freaky, but I had heard the original was scarier, but when I watched it, I was disappointed. Maybe it's because "The Ring" was one of my first horror movies, or maybe because I am now jaded from playing Silent Hill 3 in my friend's broken garage on a projector that was really dark, but either way, this movie was a huge letdown for me. Just my opinion. |

| Have you ever read the book? Your comment is pretty much dead on when it comes to the original story that was written. It really focuses on the video's effects spreading like a disease. That, and no girl comes out of the TV in the book... |
