Here is your relaxation/meditation exercise!
You can sit cross legged, or in your chair with your back straight, be sure to take deep breaths frequently! Remember, it's just you and the Goddess, so enjoy and be greatful for all of your quality time with her!
Again, this is VERY recommended for beginners, because you sometimes dont know exactly what to do when you read something that tells you what to do. Having it all set up for you may make things that much easier!

| Heya,Sorry to be a Nuisance but what would you suggest to be the best coloured candle and best incenses to use during meditation, what do you meditate about? iv'e tried some relaxation imagery on imagining a hill and the moon and flowers and stuff but is it nessary to meditate about other things like life situations, also how long generally for? As you can see I really don't have an utter clue, if you have the spare time then please could you help, great video with calm music,thanks for reading |
