Your an impressive guy! And your not piling on more and more muscle like guys in olympia, which is refreshing to see! Your videos give fantastic advice, thanks! Just one question, to get your diet right for your body how much money do you spend on food etc! Oh and do you take protien shakes and bars?

Two absolutely gorgeous men.

Leg raises are predominantly an exercise of the hip flexors and secondarily an abdominal exercise. The back musculature stretches and does not flex when the legs are raised in that direction. It's not a matter of opinion, it is a fact of anatomy.

Last time I did leg raises, there was plenty of presser in the lower half of my tva. As for the LUMBORUM, not lumourm, yes its within the lower back, and yes it is the primary muscle that helps with the leg raises, but that doesn't mean the abs r not be worked hard. with different body typs (meso, endo, ecto, etc...) some will feel great intesity, others will feel very little. Also depends on ones fitness level. This is an advance version, like a 1 are push up vs a regular pushup

that is your opinion, and that is fine. I understand that all body's are different and that some individuals my not get the same benefits as others. However, this ab exercise has worked well for me and chris, and of course there are hurdreds of other ab exercises we can do. I like doing movements that train other areas indirectly so you get more in one movement. Also, I would like to see how your abs look like and what works best for you. Always up for trying new things

Actually, id say its quite unknowledgable form. imo, this guy is overrecruiting his hip flexors, quadratus lumbourm and also has very poor intra-abdominal pressure. Believe it or not, his back is doing most of the work in those leg raises.

Both guys finished fourth in the their respective classes (large, tough classes) this weekend at the Musclemania Universe in Miami. Both guys looked awesome. Will have some new clips (shot yesterday, June 21, 2008) of Chris and Tuan (and other competitors from the show) on YouTube before next weekend.
