| No, Its not really harmful, but just painful. I healthy diet also helps to improve the body to recover after exercise. Drink plenty of water and make sure you warm up before exercise and cool down after it.... Find a massage therapist like myself who will do deep tissue therapy. good luck!! By the way... when it comes to training in the gym or sports, its true what "they" say.... no pain.... no gain... :) Will |
