The "muffin top" that comes up over the pants or the pinch an inch on the side of your waist. "love handle" because your snuggle bunny can hold on there. Don't worry once we get rid of them, we can still snuggle!

i thought love handles were the extra fat right between your chest and stomach/core and you can grab them like handles

love handles is like fat on the sides of your stomach. like...directly outwards from your bellybutton to your belt line. dont know how to explain it haha.
