| mmm yeah thats annoying >.> i fixed it with bending over a tad more when going down it worked for me and ive seen differance in my hips streghnth not a proffessional awnser but i guess i tryed |

| dude i do a HIT program and i do squats and dealifts on the same day twice a week and it never removes from my strength. also its actually better in my opinion to deadlift b4 u squat because squatting is easier to keep your back straight so if you squat before you deadlift your back is already a little tired which causes you to have an arched back which can really do damage. |
