This is a video made in 1938 showing the Great yoga teacher demonstrating asana and pranyama. He was the teacher of BKS Iyengar and Sri K. Pattahbi Jois, founder the Astanga style of yoga. The film is so old that any claim to copyright has expired.

Interesting that a silent yoga vid. from the 50's sends people into talks of religion. I like this video, he looks like he's in great shape.

All religions are failures before Gods sight. Humans in general are so stupid that the only way they can truely have a thing they can truely re join with God (which is what the word 're-legion' means) is if the creator took us my the hand, and step for infantile step led us on the path. People arguing over religion is like arguing over whose turd is browner and stinks worse

Another fyi, Islam is one of the fastest growing religions in the world with followers from all over the world, not just Arabs. In fact, most Muslims aren't even Arabs. So, like it or not, we're gonna be EVERYWHERE for a long long time, my friend. Get used to it.
