| no he was guilty he just had REALLY bad luck. the DB was his wife, whom he accidentally killed. His neighbor saw it happen so he went over there to talk to here about it, and then accidentally killed her
the guy never gave police his name but when he was in custody a little girl whom he and his wife babysat was there recognized him and yelled out his name
according to him he is that type of guy who gets his daughter a puppy for her bday and while he is backing out of the drive way hits the KID |
