A few weeks back, I won a FREE rifle scope from Center Point Optics...
It's an Adventure Class 3-9x50mm scope with AO Paralax adjustment and Illuminated Red/Green Mil-Dot reticle...
I mounted it on my GAMO Whisper Air Rifle and figured I'd make a little field test video to show how well it's been holding up...
I start off with a couple of targets @ 30 yards, then adjust elevation and shoot another target @ 100 yards, then I adjust back to the 30 yard zero and take a few more shots...
All shots were taken at center reticle using Crosman Premier Hollow Point pellets...
A big thanx goes out to Josh and everyone else at Center Point Optics for running the scope giveaway contest...
Great Company!! |

| As of late, I've been reading about quite a few 40mm dudds being replaced for this very reason...
If it's one of the "dial-style" scopes (CP's lowest lineup), I'd just toss it in the trash and forget about it (not even worth it)...
If it's adventure class with the locking turrets, try remounting with a tape shim...
If you're able to dial in with the shim, contact Josh @ CP and have him send you a replacement scope.... |

| hey i just mounted a center point 4-16x40 on my talon ss.......while sighting it in at 10-15 yards i am un able to adjust the cross hairs up high enough to the point of impact ...it is adjusted all the way upand is still shooting 3 dots bellow the cross hairs ...also it is shooting to the right slightly off center and i already have it adjusted all the way to the left....is this scope a p.o.s or is there a way to fix these problems? |

| Honestly, I don't know (we think Golden Lab/Rott mix)
He was a stray that wondered into my backyard and ended up staying for about a month (you can see him in a few of my other videos)
I ended up giving him to someone in my Car Club and he's currently livin the life in a 4 bedroom house with 1/2 acre land and a Boston terrier...

| If you want the target to remain at center reticle, then yes, you will have to re-adjust the scope for each change in range...
However, there is one exception when you won't have to adjust and that is when the beginning and end of the trajectory aligns with the line of sight (extremely rare)
If you don't want to adjust all of the time, you can learn to use the mil-dot... |

| i adjusted a scope to shoot exactly where i want it to at about 15 feet. does that mean that if i wanna shoot further, im gonna have to adjust it again? |

| That's too much info to type out on YouTube...
To make it easy, just go to airgunsDOTnet and download the Simple Trajectory Program (STP)
It will tell you how many clicks you need to make for the given range.... |

| hey man i got a question when i'm getting the same scope this week and i'm really new to using the targets turrets on a scope what u mean by going by the numbers to change your targets distance and how do u determine the # of clicks to change and how do u use the big # on the dials to determine the # clicks just a little confused since i never used a target turret scope |
