| Great reply - Chewing your food is vital, it is the first process in proper digestion...

| I agree! In addition to a routine that you like, that you will do and that is a challenge...It is vital that one eats right & does cardio and cross training. Balance is the key to success.

| ive read a book by a doctor in L.A published in 1978, he said that there are two kinds of fat that deposit in our body: intramuscular fat and subcutaneous fat.
He himself did hundreds of ab crunches a day for 3 months. his tummy was firm and tight but there are still fat on top of that toned stomach muscle. He said the only way to remove that is to do aerobic exercise!
12 minutes (minimum) aerobic exercise a day for 6 days a week is what it needs for a total body fat disintegration. |

| Okay.
First off, you're a very good trainer. i can tell by how involved you are.
I've been working out unsteadily with ab based workouts for like a year and am seeing results, but they're vague. I eat very healthy but still can't get where I want to.
If I do this workout with an increased amount, and only this ab based workout, will I see results quick. I don't run as much or go on walks anymore. So, would I still be able to see results?
Thank you. |

| Diversity is great, you definitely want to keep a variety of moves in your repertoire.
Try using an exercise ball, that will bring them out... Nutrition is key, what are you eating?
