| Great video! I've never done this exact workout, but it looks like the kickback workout,but lying on a bench. Thanks for posting, and i'm going to definitely try these the next time I work my triceps! |

| Depending on your fitness level ,anywhere between 8 to 12 sets of triceps is more than enough. As for info on eating programs check out my metabolic burn program. I am now offering it as a download with my e-book at musclemaximization(dot)com |

| Nice videos! I think it is of importance what you are showing on how the excercises are done. Slow and correct, ESPECIALLY in the excentric phase. I've seen SO many people literally dropping the weights down in the excentric phase of the excercise. How many sets do you recommend on the triceps
I do a splitprogram with Chest-triceps day 1. I do 2 exc x 4 sets on the triceps. Reps12-10-8-6 so i do both volume and strength.
You should definately make a video on your daily meals, Id love that! |

| HI. IM starting to loose pounds and my arms are giggling (if that's a word) I dont want to get bigger but to tone my triceps, how much pound should I lift witht he DB's ? |
