| 4.5% is a very low body fat percentage. i think i'm over 20%. I want to loose some though so I'm trying to eat meals with less calories. I wouldn't say I'm that fat but the fat on my body is very noticeable and my muscles don't really show etc. |

| Hello. You must also have great genetics though too, right? I mean, I'm sure you worked really hard to get to where you are, but surely you admit that a person with average genetics can't look as good as you. You must have some mesomorphic genes. |

| hi michael, my name is sam. im 20 years old, im 5'10" tall and my weight is 12st 11 lbs. two months ago i was 15st 5 lb. and thanks to following your youtube vids i have got to where i am now. you truly are a guru and i just wanted to say thanks. all i want to do now is sculpt myself so i look more ripped. i want to reduce my bodyfat too, its at 20.4% right now so it needs to be lower. can you offer any support? thanks, Sam |
