| There's bad blood between the Badfinger families and Joey. He accepted an ASCAP award for the success of "Without You" and in his remarks never even bothered to credit Pete & Tom, who wrote it! Too bad the other three members aren't around to set the record straight. Bad show, Joey. |

| He should have done those things but added something like: " This is for Pete and Tom!". Maybe he was inferring that by his actions. The fact is that anyone who didn't know a lot about the song and band would have assumed he was the writer. |
