Great work! For biceps exercises, go to our channel and try the tubing video for biceps. Remember, this routine was developed simply to improve push-up strength. I workout my entire body for overall strength. HOOAH!

I broke my back in High School and had to rebuild my strength from scratch. I have been in the military for 19 years. I have been a Master Fitness Trainer since 1993. I have been performing this routine for three years. HOOAH!

Regarding split training, such as performing this routine in the morning and at night, if your body recovers fast than 'go for it'. However, your muscles may need more recovery time. My own muscles need 36 hours of rest after performing this routine three times in a row. HOOAH!

This exercise really works !!I have been doing it for the past 2 months 4 times/week with my legs on the chair and I have huge triceps now lol, the only problem its you need to workout your biceps also to have a good arm and this exercise workout the triceps only so I had to look for other exercises for the biceps then I started to work out all the body lol .

Your body will need a recovery day from the triceps and pectorals after performing this routine. I would switch to lower body, core, and cardio on opposite days. Perform bicep exercises on push-up days, if you want. HOOAH!

instead of of doing it specific days can i do it everyday? im 15 and i love to excercise and i was wondering you said it was for tricept muscle group and the chest so what about the biceps muscle group?

While the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) does not specify the hand position for the push-up event, the amount is determined by age and gender. What is your age and gender? I can look at the DA Form 705 and calculate your requirements.
