| your altitude drop (or jump drop) is not high enough. I make this assumption becuase you are jumping from a platform that looks about the same height as your previous "Rim Jumps" is the previous clip. VJB suggests your jump drops should be from a height greater than 20% of your jumping ability. This ensures your ability it getting properly trained. |

| I have read that if you really wnat to increase your vert that you should not do it a lot of times, because then you train your endurance. You rather wanna jump one time 40 inches, then multiple times 20 inches. So don't do to much in one row, if your tired then it's time to stop.

| I think you're on to something...I've been looking for ways to do plyo work but don't have access to all the toys (boxes, hurdles, etc).

| if done properly it can give u more than extra inches on ur vertical. (study shows that u have to be able to squat 1.5 time ur body weight) for more and better results. |
