| I practice both the arts & precisely, the main difference is rather phylosophycal; Buddhism /Daoism - Wudang is very much like Shaolin. It has its own Wushu or "hard" branch ei; (Xuan Gong) etc... in fact,there's no such thing as a "soft style" in Gong Fu - Its the way the style is practiced or dilivered that creates the illusion of softness or hardness. |

| Please note that while the interviewer is 'flamboyant', Rafi himself isn't. Interviewer also sucks since Rafi is the one making the jokes, but meh. |
