| One is not really afraid of asking for help. But I just cant figure out how someone would believe me, since I can still feel the fat cells covering everything. I mean people would just laugh at me as much as they did when I was even fatter, because they'll see me and be like, wtf? you? eating disorder? ha |

| I saw an interview that was done in 2007, Alisa did recover. I'm not sure how Shelly or Brittany are doing, but I do know that Polly passed away earlier this year. :( |

| I can relate to this. For many years I hated myself because I am mediterranean and was constantly surrounded by stick-skinny, blond girls... I thought I was so fat! Then one day I went to a school in Astoria where the kids were also mediterranean and they all seemed totally normal and pretty and I saw myself reflected in a window and realized that I was the thinnest girl there. Now I know that I'm actually pretty and slim even though I don't look like all the blond girls in my school. |

| I've seen this movie. I think it's a much better choice for school health classes and the such than movies like "Perfect Body," and other Lifetime-esque movies that sort of....well....they sort of candy-coat the situation. This just tells it like it is. This is a very good documentary - probably one of the best I've ever seen. |

I really hope it worked out for them..
that is truly no way to live..
and if you have this problem, dont be afraid to ask for help, that road will not lead you to happiness, it will just end your life in everyway..
be strong, and positive vibes to anyone facing this problem, or that has been affected by it..

| yeah this is true... i experienced the same thing... my friend had a tiny frame and i have a big athletic frame... even though im taller and weigh less than her, she still looks thinner
im thin for my height, but because ive my frame, you cant really tell, since my bones are big, my collar bones and ribs and hips will naturally stick out, but i do have a big butt and awkward legs lol |
