| hooray for health! a video on vegetable oils would be helpful; i've heard that many oils, like corn oil, can turn into free radicals once digested and that the only oils that should be used for cooking are extra virgin coconut and olive oils. some more info would be great! thx for all the information (: very inspiring. |
