Her inhalation / exhalation advice is so off the charts she isn't even wrong. This is an abdominal workout but not Pilates.

Ford models is exploiting Youtube to promote their models- not the exercises. There is another one of their male models doing yoga. This is a really bad, poorly informed routine. The model has a great body (probably due to genetics) but her 'grasp' of Pilates principles is tenuous at best. The exhalation comments overlooks the fact that the exhalation is compulsory not optional. People with spinal problems are advised to disregard this video insert.
