Lou Reeds an Abrasive over opinionated weasel who should have taken a "Hot Shot"for the good of society 40 years ago.His voice is boring and his induction to the Rock n Roll hall of fame was due to the blow jobs he gave the editors of Rolling Stone magazine.

Why would you even start? I know people have their reasons (bad childhood etc) but seriously. Heroin has such a bad reputation (junkies on the street who look awful), why would you even say yes when someone offered you it?

As a methadone patient, this song reminds of me of my addiction. "problems all left alone", "you make me forget myself", "I thought I was someone else, someone good" and then finally "your going to reep just what you sow". If anyone out there is reading this and is contemplating using heroin, or has just started using and is not yet addicted, please think long and hard about doing this to yourself. Heroin will ruin your life if it doesn't kill you first.
