You're a moron for injuring yourself, what a pity. Glad to see you have to live with your injury for the rest of your life. Faggot.

wow, you beat me - theres nothing I can say about this one except for - youre a moron, and it's a pity (for you btw) that you have to live with your stupidity for the rest of your live

So if your joints are sensitive why are you lifting weights? Idiot.
omsata (September 24, 2008 at 1:25 pm)
did you figure all this out by yourself? i've been working out for nearly 3 years, and it's not MY fault, i tend more to injure myself because my forearms are very sensitive in the joint area (not my first nor my last injury) be a wise-ass somewhere else
yaay0 (September 24, 2008 at 5:09 am)
You can get injured doing any exercise basically. It's your own fault for not knowing how to safely exercise.

ive never done forarm exercises to target only the forarm an my forearms are quite large, this was from just doing hammer curls and bicep curls im guessing.
