A few fact about the Hands Free Law
Anyone over 18 can drive and talk on the phone while using a hands-free device.
The first offense is a minimum base of $20 and $50 for subsequent offenses
More than 1,000 crashes were blamed on drivers using a hand-held cellular phone in 2007, inuring 447 people, according to the CHP

| Rickshaw they use in China & HK and other places too I recall, It's like a carriage which is attached to like a bicycle kind of thing which one pushes the pedals like a bicycle and the people in the carriage get a ride it used to be like a taxi service from memory. |
