I found this vid to be very informative and helpful, thanks for posting! I'm a pro violist, and just bought a L&C Carbon Fiber Viola a few weeks ago. It's great! It's diff. than wood for sure, but it sounds great, is loud, easy to play, tough as nails, and looks cool as hell under stage lights. *Most* of my collegues are surprised and impressed. For all those that are bashing it, it's really all about the player, not the instrument, regardless of what it's made of. My 2 cents...
