put the weight on both arms..... jk ok your probably putting the weight on one arm because subconciously your a little bit afraid when you do it, even if you dont think you are. just really go for it keep everything even and if you keep doing it just practice more and you will get it.

lol you know whats funny when pussies say they'e been working on bck handsprings for a year i did this within a fucking month if ur not in good physical shape get into shape and get proffesional help but if u got balls and aren't a fatass go for it unless ur afraid that can affect the execution of the trick

i just learned how to do this for cheerleading but i keep puting all the weight on one arm and im afraid it will hurt it =O any tips/help?

there soooooooooooooo easy i just learned my back tuck (flip) and thats somewhat easy but dancer chick is right you cant just watch a video and attempt it well good luck for people who want to learn!

ok this is not going to help do a back handspring. u cant just watch a video then attempt to do a backhandspring. u need proffesional help with a spot and months of practice. but don't give up! ive been working on it for over a year and i almost have it :-)

i can't do them i don't know why? i try so hard i can do front handsprings and walkovers both ways but i have been trying to learn this for over six months there is too much to think about like start in a dish, sit down but not too much, fall back and then push through legs, jump with the lean not straight up so you can get a good prop and your arms don't bend and then use heel drive.
