| Mine pop too. I'm still and my whole body makes cracking noise. no pain with it. I read B4 that popping is normal. No need to worry. But it's a good question that I should ask my doctor. I forget to ask that question, but because i read that article a while ago, I didn't deem it as necessary to ask. I think I'll double check with my doc. |

| just after one day i could feel the difference but i need help!
should i do this part 1 and 2 and then anything else?Like from another video I mean?
Ive apparently lost almost 4 pounds in a week but ive changed my diet too. I now drink slim fast in the morning and then for lunch have it with a salad during the day have a fruit or vegetables and for supper balance it out..ive been having up to 1633 calories a day and do the pilates daily! hope it works! |

| i've been practicing this video along with a few other ones from mrhead for only three days and they really seem to be working. everything feels much firmer and my stomach looks great. |

| I been doing this for two weeks and the results are bloody amazing waist has gone down and muscle tone is much better thanks heaps |

| iama gymnast and we sometimes do leg circles, the reason we do them is it helps tone the thigh muscles and the groin flexibilty. |
