Btw..am from Canada.
When you all get older, you will have so much more understanding.
But, maybe not. I totally do not understand 5 year old kids being indoctrinated.
Anyway this is not a site for all that stuff.
Either one appreciates the talent of Elvis or not. He has been gone for 31 years...what does that say? |

| I for one don't care for his music. I also don't see anyone from my generation (I'm 20) listening to him.
And you can't call popularity a blessing from God. Look at how much popularity Islam is getting even though there are 5 year olds looking forward to being suicide bombers. And look at how popular Obama *coughosamacough* is getting even though if he is elected, it is the end of our Christian lives altogether.
I hope that Elvis' Christian songs benefited God's kingdom. That's all I can do. |

| GodAloneBeTheGlory: Elvis did not want support from population but from God ... and you have to admit he got it because no matter what you say about him he will be always Elvis "The Immortal" and he will be remembered for the next 100 years. Besides, more and more young people start to love him ... I think that is a prove God supported him. Dont you think? |

| I can't believe how many people actually believe Elvis was a Christian. He only sang those songs to gain support from the extremely large Christian population. He lied to himself every time he ever spoke about God's love. |
