I'm so sorry about to hear it andrestole! Hope you will get it better.. My father died also.. it was back in 2006. he died cause he got cancer ;(. Rip dad! and RiP andrestole dad!
My father also loved Mark Knopfler! I love him, too!

| me and my dad went to see Mark Knopfler and after the consert my dad said, "now i can die happy" and that i shuld remember this song as one of the greatest songs ever. on week later he slept quietly in, and out of this world. because of a toumer the doctors did not find. i dont blame them i just thank God i got Mark so i can remember my dad as the loving and wonderful father he was. one year has gone by a i still love and remember him as it was yesterday. rest in pease<3 1962- 2007 too young... |

| so you believe that he needs singing lessons? like jinjirosan has said, he may not be perfect but he has become an idol to so many people whereas singing teachers hardly make their students idolize them so i dunno. appreciate it. |

| You could probably show this to a professional singing trainer and he might find it terrible. But it doesn't matter, since Mister Knopfler here left his mark on the world, whereas thousands of singing trainers lead a dull standard life.
Theory is all fine and well, but in the end what matters is that this song has reached more peoples hearts and minds than those thousand singing trainers ever could.
If everything was perfect, this world would be a boring place. |
