| Yes, the way he starts with believable information, but by the end has reached epically ridiculous proportions is what makes him brilliant.
I can admit that I probably would have been tricked a few times on Brass Eye and other Morris inventions. Obviously, virtual reality paedophiles and upward raining clouds may have triggered an alarm :) |

Of course, anyone with a decent knowledge of British history should have realised he was making it up when he started to talk about Romans and Saxons. Morris seems always to give his victims a chance by having simple factual inaccuracies in his prank speeches, so it's even funnier when they still fall for it. What's more, we don't feel sorry for them because they should have known better. |
