So here's how I deep Clean my brushes. Different people have different ways of washing and preferences. It's all good, as long as you wash the brushes at least once a week. I briefly covered this in my Brush Cleaning video, demonstrating the quick-clean method using Brush Cleanser. Now here's the full demo on how I deep clean! EnJoy!

hi! i was wondering where you got the little white beads in your brush holder, like the ones they have at sephora?

the sponge I use to wash the brushes? I replace every 2-3 weeks. If its still good, i keep longer or it moves to the bathroom, replacing the one I clean the tub with LOL

nah, you can wash it normally. Plain alcohol will dry up the bristles and will cause the fibers to get brittle and break.

yes I washed it. I use the olive oil to pre-clean to loosen up the hard to wash wax-based products in it. Then wash thoroughly.

you sure can

hello there: Can you use a spond instead of a paper towel to deep clean your brushes?

Hi, someone told me I have to clean/wash my synthetic brush (a Too Faced retractable kabuki brush) by putting it in alcohol... is that true?

Hi Koren, I was wondering if you actually washed the lip brush and eye liner brush with baby shampoo and water too? or did you just wipe the product on the bristles off using the olive oil? Just kinda confused :S haha anyway, I'm a total fan of yours! All your videos are so helpful! Thanks for them and keep up the work! :)

enkore, do you need mac's brush cleanser or could you just use baby shampoo? i almost always use make up on my face, maybe 5 times MOST per year on my friends but that's it.
