| lol car and driver didnt drive it 40,000 miles straight!!!!!!! they did it over the course of like 2 yrs or so. anyways, yes they are in a devastation, but thats because people wanted their cars to last more than 2 years, so they went to buy a cadillac, a mercedes, a bmw, fuck even buick!!! |

| i also have a 1998 toyota camry (i have new cars too, an 06 nissan altima and an 04 mazda 6 lol) and its also built like a tank. never had any major problems at 130,000 miles. my nissan has 30,000 miles and if i had the jag, it would have needed new seats, and a new cruise control already. but, sadly, last time i brought it into the dealer, all it needed was new shocks. jaguar only sold 4,000 xk's last year lol, and that was their best selling car last year lol. i think the xf is good tho |

| ... i have a 1993 honda accord with 200,000 miles on it, and its still running perfectly. the only thing that needed replacing last time i brought it in for a checkup was the brake pads. i never needed to replace the cruise control (yes, it has all the modern conveniences of a car today, power windows, cruise control, sun roof, etc (all still working fine) thats why i keep it around), the seats never ripped, the rims never cracked, the cars never even rusted. after 200,000 miles!!!!!! |

| ...40,000 miles is a lot...in fact it is almost one and a half times around the globe...so i am not surprised that a lot of stuff got broken...
...i guess the build quality has something to do with the financial crisis that jaguar is in... |

| i should mention they had to replace the convertible top, the transmission, and the navi system as well. you would find more quality in a kia. |

| ok dude, the mustang is a piece of shit. talk to me when the challenger and the camaro come out. now, car and driver magazine did a long term road test of this car, 40,000 miles, not too many miles right? well, in those 40,000 miles, they needed to replace the tires 3 times, the cruise control broke, the seats started ripping, and the rims started cracking. this car costs $90,000!!! it should be high quality, but jags are notoriously temperamental. wont last more than 10,000 miles |
