People should be eating organic foods such as fruits and vegetables. As well as organic minimal processed foods. If you want to louse weight, you must eat clean and good foods , not starve yourself. If one starves themselves they will louse bone mass, muscle, cartilage but not fat. Fat is like gold to the human body. |
