| Panic disorder is the most horrible illness,there isn,t words to describe the fear and torment,modern medicine can provide no cure,only treatment to reduce the fear and anxiety.

| nooo it seriously does not have to be permanent...changing your thinking is the best way. easier said that done (understatement x10000) but it definitely doesnt have to stay in ur life forever. |

| They help temporarily. I think that this disorder is permanent and goes and comes back. It depends on the "stress potential" of your life in a specific period of your life. Tha is, how much stress is aggregated in your mind. Also, I have read somewhere that it depends on the % of CO2 that one has in his lungs, so it can happened when someone does not inhale-exhale normally. Is it true? I'm not sure, some experiments have to be done though. Do not leave this disorder destroy your life. |

| Hi to all, I have sufred anxiety and panic attacks, nonreality, and afraid of going oitside for the las 2 moths. I came to find this website with free info that truly is God sent. | ive been suffering with panic and anxiety disorder for the past few months, i have really bad social-anxiety also, crowds of people i know and don't know make me nervous, i mainly experience one when the fear of dying accumulates in my head, which is a phobia i have not yet overcome! i go to see my psychiatrist next month, im worried to take an anti-depressant, i feel that Benzodiazepines, such as Xanax, Valium, Ativan, or Klonopin, would help, but im still not 100 percent sure! |
