| I liked this clip, I had no idea how much work went into making tofu but I definately wouldn't try it myself, it's way cheaper and faster just to buy some from the store |

| What a great visual! I haven't attempted to make tofu since my hippie days in the early 70's but I'm making some today with my daughter and granddaughter. I'm using inari as a coagulator as I did before. I think the same temperatures will apply as on the video. Thanks for the refresher course! |

| Thank you so much for posting this, I am a visual learner and now I have confidence i can do this~!~~ I just hope the lemon juice works as I don't know how to ask for the calcium sulfate in chinese or where to get it here in china. |
