| In order to get a full ab workout you have to workout your upper abs, obliques, and lower abs.
*UPPER ABS* - 2 sets of 60 crunches
*OBLIQUES* - 2 sets of 50 side plank obliques
*LOWER ABS* - 2 sets of 60 reverse crunches
Do all these excercises in one session every other day.(25 to 30 minute sessions)
Eat a healthy diet with as little saturated fat as possible.
If the excercises are too easy (which they will be eventually) do not increase reps, instead at an additional set per workout. |
