1st-there are "NO" rules for traffic. People just stops at red light if there are cops or danger, if there isnt...then they go. Green and yellows means the same to us. or yellow = go faster u dont want to get stuck! lol
2nd-Crossing doesnt work in Vietnam, they think its dere for fun. i saw heaps of white guys trying to cross the road in vietnam, uhm..felt sorry for them.!
3rd-what ur seeing is normal!!! not even rush hour. When its rush hour, 2 way street become a one way. |
