In case you were wondering I have been training for 3 years with some breaks (couldnt afford gym membership)I started using protein powders 3 months ago and I gained around 7 pounds!

| In case you were wondering I have been training for 3 years with some breaks (couldnt afford gym membership)--> gym memberships in Europe (Where you live in) cost from about 10 euros to 60 euros per month, there are also free public gyms in ALL european countries so you can go there and stop asking for donation.. but anyway obviously you think we are naive |
