2002年在易卯工室和施工忠昊SHY Gong做的一場整合裝置 術、表演藝術、行動藝術的創作活動。
作品簡介(官方說法)：
藉表演者扮演檳榔西施販賣「施公檳榔茶」的行銷活動，產生此件作品與社會連結的關係，並以平面攝影及電子錄像，紀錄現場的隨機狀況。此行動藝術，是街頭每天上演的生活劇情，檳榔西施與街頭過客都是最生動的演員、最盡責的生活表演家，可謂在地文化的生活顯影。
整個作品呈現的舞台並不在畫廊或美術館，也沒有一個固定的定點，而是在一部可以四處開著跑的三輪車上。各個藝術展覽活動、競選晚會、或是人潮聚集的市集，都可以是檳榔西施表演、販賣「施公檳榔茶」的場地。
透過檳榔攤、檳榔與客戶間的關係，產生一個開放的創作過程。展演本身即是一個創作過程，在任何一個街道或日期皆可發生，屬於此創作的空間與時間是隨機的，且是真實發生的事件。
原始動機之一：挑戰顛覆2002年的台北雙年展，當年的主題是~世界劇場，在整個創作的過程，完全以此展覽作為假想敵，用盡各種方法滲透到北美館，在還未開展前，就已經完全掌握其整個展出內容和開幕晚會的流程，據此創意發想出整個行動計劃。
