To develop a stronger, wider, toned back, pull-ups are a must to attain these goals. With the XM-7632-34 pull-up bar, concentrating on this specific muscle group will be a plus for any workout. With different hand positions on the pull-up bar you can work your inner and outer back concentrating mainly on the latissimus dorsi muscle along with many other assisting back muscles. The XM-7632-34 also comes with a weight assist attachment that will allow the level of pull-up resistance to change depending on the lifting needs of the user. The pull-up bar and weight assist are excellent attachments to achieve a superior back workout.
Achieving strong, toned, sculpted arms would not be possible without some type of triceps work. The dip station that comes with the XM-7632-34 will help you achieve these goals.
